Purpose
Master tracker for the hand-over of the Secure Inside scope at Cloud Seven.

Background
Secure Inside covered four areas at Cloud Seven. Two are already gone:
- Network and IT infrastructure: no longer effective, replaced by Citymesh.
- Audiovisual: no longer effective, temporarily covered by Executr.
Two remain with them:
- Security systems: CCTV and video surveillance, access control by badge and PIN, intercom, intrusion alarm. Sub-suppliers used: Securitas, Octopus, Help Fire, Irisco.
- Technical support, maintenance and consultancy: dedicated point of contact, remote assistance, on-site and same-day intervention, coordination across the systems.
The support layer was never re-assigned when network and AV moved. That is the first child below.

Sequencing note
#575 blocks #574. No supplier can quote without an equipment list. Start the as-built now even though both are marked non-urgent, otherwise the supplier search stalls in October.
