The v0.13.1 classifier sweep identified every unmanaged client at cloud-seven. Three findings need an owner decision; all stay visible in the hydraneck unmanaged list until resolved.
- PC-OF-A-BADDIE (F8:54:F6:51:9A:49, 11.0.5.210): a personal gaming PC on the venue-infra VLAN (11.0.x) instead of the guest network. Decide: move it to guest, or bless it.
- Uncorrelated Mac Mini (X6VH3J97RMsMini, 1C:F6:4C:44:A7:9D, 192.168.3.12): a Mac Mini on the network with no hydracluster correlation, at the production venue. Note turbo-pancake-76 (node-adf19775, agent-down) has hostname X6VH3J97RMs-Mac-mini.local and MAC 1C:F6:4C:42:80:5B on 192.168.3.15: same serial prefix, different MAC and IP, so this is most likely the SAME Mini seen on a second interface (Wi-Fi vs Ethernet), not a stray. Confirm when the agent is recovered, then teach the correlator or record it.
- Unknown ESP32 (ESP-554D80, 34:5F:45:55:4D:80, 12.0.6.199): custom microcontroller, purpose unknown. Ask the venue.
- Tuya smart-home device (wlan0, FC:3C:D7:8A:74:A8, 192.168.2.12): consumer cloud-connected IoT that phones home to Tuya. Fine if intentional; confirm what it is.

UPDATE 2026-08-27: 192.168.2.x turns out to be the private residence network (FDG WiFi, confirmed via #554). The Tuya device (finding 4) therefore is most likely private smart-home gear; concern drops to informational. Findings 1-3 unchanged.
