Studio 7 must be ready for live streaming and recording for the September events.

The venue doc lists this under the urgent September 1 needs, next to the Hi-Fi training. It is an operational readiness item, not a platform feature.

Scope

• Confirm the capture chain works end to end: camera, microphone, mix, stream out, and a local recording.
• Confirm where recordings land and who can retrieve them.
• Confirm the audio path from the Studio 7 Hi-Fi setup into the stream.
• Run one full rehearsal before the first September event.
• Write the operating steps into the hydravenues Cloud Seven runbook.

Relation to #133

#133 describes the wider ambition: expose the Cloud Seven Epiphan Pearl-2 fleet to HYDRA as eyes and voice over SRT, RTSP and NDI HX. That is a platform integration.

This issue is the narrow operational need for September: get one studio streaming and recording reliably with the hardware already in the room. Do not block this on #133.
