Pearl-2 Capture Infrastructure @ Cloud 7, Brussels
Cloud 7 hosts a fleet of Epiphan Pearl-2 units (standard, rackmount, and rackmount twin) with integrated cameras and microphones, providing professional-grade A/V capture across the venue. This infrastructure should be exposed to HYDRA as the eyes and voice of the system — networked sensory inputs feeding the HYDRA body alongside its rendering and streaming capabilities.
Pearl-2 publishes channels over SRT, RTSP, and NDI|HX, making each camera and mic feed addressable as a low-latency network stream. Integrated into the HYDRA pipeline, these feeds enable real-world capture for mixed reality compositing, presenter passthrough, audience awareness, second-screen experiences, and live event documentation — all without additional capture hardware at the HYDRA body.
Available across all Cloud 7 HYDRA Physical deployments, leveraging the venue's existing network infrastructure.
