Scope
- How to power up and select sources on the Hi-Fi setup.
- Normal levels, and how to recover from the common faults.
- What the team must not touch, and who to call instead. See the support model issue.
Deliverable
- Training session held and attendance recorded.
- A one page quick-reference card left in Studio 7.
- The same steps written into the hydravenues Cloud Seven runbook, so the training is repeatable for new staff.
