The existing CLI and local UI now share editor-build preparation and UAT -build. Linux preflight checks UE5.7.3, target files and Epic v26 clang20.1.8. UI/delivery builds use fresh archives; delivery selects the correct platform directory, preserves Linux executable modes and carries the template checkout's launcher plus deployment manifest. CLI without --deliver preserves the explicit output-path contract. The long-job SSE replay deadlock is fixed. Opening the executable directly starts its local browser UI; Package and upload is the primary action and advanced settings are collapsed. Links now use the public HydraTransfer file endpoint, avoiding the existing share page's localhost URL.

Measured host engine is now UE5.7.4. Linux correctly rejects it before cooking; this Windows validation is not an engine migration of the deployed UE5.7.3 baseline. A fresh UE5.7.3 native Linux cook and original Blueprint/OpenXR reproduction in #636 remain unverified; command/artifact/prerequisite tests cover the implemented behavior. #636 remains open. No headset validation claimed; #741 remains open. Source hashes in generated manifests are explicitly captured after packaging, not a source-sync attestation.
Companion three-step guide deployed as HydraMancer v0.3.1 in #747: https://hydramancer.experiencenet.com/experience . No body sessions, WiVRn setup or Perforce infrastructure changed.
Original scope follows.
User-requested implementation after auditing overlap with HydraMancer, 2026-09-15. Move the template workaround into the existing packaging tool so creators can use the local UI/CLI.
Implement shared C++ editor-build preparation and BuildCookRun -build defaults; preserve explicit no-compile for existing prebuilt projects. Check UE5.7.3 Linux platform and v26 toolchain before a Linux cook; use fresh archives and select the actual target package rather than uploading stale files or the whole archive root. Carry the template launcher/manifest for its native Linux delivery without requiring separate Python commands. Both CLI and web must share these behaviors. Fix long-job SSE replay deadlock found during review. Keep runtime/headset validation separate and do not claim automatic library install.
Acceptance: meaningful command/preflight/artifact/UI tests, Windows crossbuild, published Windows binary, explicit validation evidence and limitations. Existing #636 remains the parent for its original Blueprint/plugin case until reproduced and validated.
