Found 2026-09-15 while looking for a measurement point at every venue (#732).

Querying hydracluster for nodes carrying a head role returns heads at cloud-seven, rupelmonde, ad6 and sint-niklaas, and NONE at nerdland or gallo-romeins-museum. Both of those venues have a body and nothing else:

• nerdland: wobbly-llama-92 (node-5f8b7b59), Windows body, OFFLINE
• gallo-romeins-museum: fluffy-dumpling-87 (node-11da9ea3), Windows body, online

A venue with a body and no head is a strange shape. Either

1. the heads exist physically but were never enrolled in hydracluster, in which case the fleet inventory is wrong and nobody can see those devices, or
2. the venues genuinely stream to something that is not an enrolled head, in which case the head model does not describe how those sites work, or
3. the venues are not currently operating.

Whichever it is, the consequence is the same: we cannot measure or monitor what a visitor at those two venues experiences, by any method. That blocks them from the cloud capacity campaign (#732) and it also means ordinary streaming problems there are invisible to us.

Worth answering before shipping probe hardware to either site, because the answer changes what to ship.
