Tom to contact his Epiphan contact to understand the fixing procedure for the Pearl-2 (serial TSKB03679) whose internal SSD is in state fsfail (disk check and format both refuse; see #686 for the forwardable write-up).

Tom will send an email to his Epiphan contact. Questions to cover:

• Is the fsfail SSD field-replaceable by us, or must it go back to Epiphan (RMA)?
• Exact procedure and part for SSD replacement on Pearl-2.
• Any firmware/recovery step that can clear fsfail without hardware replacement.
• Warranty status and turnaround.
