Document and run the manual pilot on Turbo: preflight workstation mode, local file presence, deck open/navigation, movie load/play in QLab, output display, room/program audio, microphone capture, livestream signal and fallback/recovery. Record exact app versions, device selections, paths, results, and rollback/cleanup.
Acceptance: another operator can repeat the test without tribal knowledge and each AV path has an explicit pass/fail result.
