Model and validate talk requirements separately from file metadata: microphone input, program/room audio output, embedded-media audio, livestream input/output, and optional notes about the selected devices/routes. Specify readiness states and which service owns each check (head, HydraVoice, HydraRoar/Biamp, streaming integration).
Acceptance: a talk declares requirements; readiness API/UI identifies missing capabilities; the contract does not imply that uploading a deck configures venue AV.
Cloud 7 target is a 4K projector with a 7.2 Dolby Atmos-capable sound system. Readiness must distinguish source formats: stereo, channel-based 5.1/7.1, and native/object-based Atmos. The pilot Sintel asset is 4K + AC-3 5.1 and therefore exercises discrete surround plus LFE, but does not validate native Atmos, both subwoofers independently, rear surround channels, or height objects. QLab licensing and its audio-output patch must be part of readiness.
