Define the handoff from an expiring HydraTransfer upload to a library asset. On acceptance, stream/copy the file to managed durable storage, verify size and SHA-256, retain provenance, and surface failures/retry state. Do not persist transfer download URLs as durable assets. Support multi-file talk submissions and safe filenames.
Acceptance: an operator can ingest multiple files from one or more transfers into one talk; expiry after ingestion does not break the talk; duplicate/retry behavior is idempotent and documented.
Additional intake routes: accept presentation attachments smaller than 10 MB delivered to studio@cloudseven.be, and Google Slides shared with that Google account. Define the manual or automated intake boundary for the mailbox/Drive account, record the source channel without storing mail credentials in ExperienceLibrary, and export Google Slides to a durable offline presentation artifact. Files of 10 MB or more continue through HydraTransfer.
