Requirement from the floor walk (2026-09-10): hydrabiamp must support the conference room through the Modena Hub, with the audio path through the Tesira.
Context: the Coworking 2 small meeting room uses the HRT/Biamp Modena Hub (physically in Server Room 201, HDMI-over-IP to the room screen, 12.0.2.150 on the network) for wireless content sharing; its audio routes through the Biamp Tesira. hydrabiamp's planned Modena adapter should cover: seeing the Modena's state, and driving/verifying the Tesira routing for the conference room zone (source selection, level) the same way the bar wall panel does for the bar zones.
Also relevant for scope: the bar Tesira findings on issues.experiencenet.com #570 (zone gain calibration Bar vs Dining Room, wall-panel source list AirPlay Bar / AirPlay Dining Room / local jack) are the first concrete TTP work items once the adapter exists.
Boundary note agreed with the hydraroar side: hydraroar stays the cross-vendor venue-audio observability + light control layer (Sonos shipped); hydrabiamp owns deep Tesira/Modena control. hydrabiamp's in-venue worker (outbound long-poll) is also the natural resolution of #550's "lightweight controller in the LAN" option: one Cloud 7 worker could proxy hydraroar's Sonos probes alongside the Tesira channel instead of two boxes.
UPDATE 2026-09-10: OUT OF SCOPE for now by owner decision; Modena work deferred until the Tesira core (Turbo, TTP, .tmf import) has landed. Priority dropped to low; keep for the backlog.
