The SSE event emitted on venue creation does not carry organization_id (internal/api/handlers_venue.go, around the event payload construction). A consumer watching the stream to keep an org-to-venue mapping in sync therefore learns a venue exists but not who owns it, and has to follow up with a REST read to find out.
Deferred deliberately during #592 and #597: the org dashboard polls REST and does not consume SSE, so nothing is broken today. Filing it so the gap is recorded rather than rediscovered by whoever first tries to build on the event stream.
ASK: include organization_id in the venue.created payload, and check venue.updated and venue.deleted for the same omission while in there.
ACCEPTANCE: a subscriber to /api/v1/events can attribute a newly created venue to an organization without an extra REST call.
