Debugging quest-head-36afcd (hydraheadquest #544) depends on whichever laptop happens to be awake with a USB cable. Fix: a minimal scale (Incus container on a hydraskin node) whose sole purpose is to run an adb server on the mesh. Devices with adb-over-TCP armed (adb tcpip 5555 once via USB) are then reachable at their mesh or venue address from the scale, forever, driven via cluster exec + incus exec. adb host keys live on the scale's state disk so device authorizations survive image rebuilds. Ship: cederikdotcom/hydraadb (Dockerfile debian-slim + android-tools, arm64+amd64), CI to the scale registry, launch on pi-node-004-nvme. First target: the Quest 2 at 10.10.200.7:5555.
