Sub-issue of #565 (master: HydraNPS end of experience rating). Full design on #565. This issue is Phase 5a: hydraheadquest, flat panel only (no XR rating in first release).
Scope:
- Rating panel built in code with HydraUi, raised by HydraCatalogActivity.render() on the UI thread after the catalog is foreground; 64 dp targets, per docs/design/rating-card.md
- Hook: HydraState.onUserStop() marks visitor exit; onStreamEnded() via HydraStreamHooks labels other reasons, no card
- Session id mint + duration; SharedPreferences queue
Depends on: hydranps and hydracluster sub-issues, and the flatscreen + iPad implementations as pattern references.
