Description

Phase 3 of #544. ALVR is MIT licensed; fork the client like we forked Moonlight:

  • Pre-provisioned server address and trust (no first-run wizard, no hostname-reading, no trust dance) fed from hydraheadquest via intent extras or shared config.
  • Hands-only exit (upstream client cannot be exited with hand tracking - verified on Quest 2).
  • Auto-return to hydraheadquest on disconnect.
  • Keep version lockstep with the server (v20.14.1 validated end to end 2026-08-26).
