iPad fleet hardening: Single App Mode, store country BE, SimpleMDM paid plan, serial-to-head mapping

Description

Remaining operational items for the sint-niklaas-tourism-office iPad fleet (map-35/37/39), all remote, none urgent:

  1. Single App Mode: lock each iPad to HydraHeadiPad via SimpleMDM once daily operation is confirmed stable (supervised, so remotely settable; leave an operator escape hatch, e.g. autonomous single app mode the app can exit).
  2. SimpleMDM account: apple_store_country_code US -> BE (Account settings, UI only), and convert the trial to paid BEFORE 2026-09-17 (trial had 29 days left on 2026-08-19). Devices go unmanaged if the trial lapses.
  3. Record the serial-to-head mapping: which physical iPad (CD41QG5C44 / CPQD0CW7CG / FQ70X0JHF6) is map-35 / map-37 / map-39, then align SimpleMDM device names with the hydracluster head names.
  4. boom-pickle-38 VDD dedupe (3 adapter instances, mouse-input risk #428): maintenance window with a venue contact on standby, delete display_device.state afterwards, then regenerate sunshine.conf per the hydrabody runbook recovery procedure.
