Regarding the mac mini at cloud seven

Thanks a lot for your help.
Cmd + Tab worked. The desktop is now available.
- However the 4k screen of the computer still does not work. It seems that the computer does not detect it. And the resolution seems low. Is it normal that the 4k is not activated ?
=> please find attached a picture of the screen. I cannot manage to add the monitor to the list.
Also the additional screen is not showing up
