Description
Terminal is running on peppy (node-74adf4f8, rupelmonde) but Screen Recording TCC has not been granted. Screencapture returns "could not create image from display" on every attempt, making the kiosk blind to remote agents.

After granting, start the loop remotely:
hydracluster exec node-74adf4f8 "osascript ..." --shell

This issue also surfaces a gap: there is no standalone physical setup guide that can be sent to a site technician or venue contact doing a kiosk visit. The runbook is operator-facing and too detailed. A simple checklist guide is needed.
